PAN DE AREQUIPE

Buen dia amigos hoy comienzo mi post con este rico pan dulce relleno de arequipe, facil de preparar, colocamos en un envase 780gr de harina, 55gr de margarina, 115gr de azucar, 5gr de sal, 275ml de leche liquida, 1 huevo, 4gr de vainilla y se reserva, luego en otro envase colocamos 100ml de agua, 30gr de levadura, 1 cda de azucar y 2 cdas de harina de trigo mezclamos y dejamos reposar por 20 minutos, luego eso se va a colocar en donde esta el resto de los indredientes y amasamos, al obtener una masa suave se deja reposar 30 min, picamos pedazos de masa de 80gr, estiramos con rodillo, se rellena de arequipe y luego enrrolla para dejar reposar por 1 hora. Llevar al horno precalentado a 200º por 30 minutos o hasta que doren
