Today's Raw Vegan Sustainable Feast in the Garden of Eden
It has been a day for celebration in the Garden of Eden, and we are observing it with an epic, raw, sustainable feast!
We are giving thanks for honor, responsibility, evolution, abundance, and the profound opportunity to show up for each other in love and support, and sharing our meal today in deep gratitude.
There's more than enough of everything, and it is our duty & pleasure to share it. If you or anyone you know wants or needs food, contact us - we will give you free food, no questions asked. We make this offer every single day, because we are here to help one and all.
We prepared a gorgeous raw feast in our sustainable outdoor kitchen with fresh yellow tomato soup, mixed vegetable garden salad, and a cauliflower "rice" medley!
This was a bright, fresh, vibrant, healthy, satisfying raw feast with more than enough for everyone to eat as much as they wanted!
Each dish was stellar even on its own! The cauliflower medley used finely shredded cauliflower to get a rice-like texture, and we mixed in plenty of raw seasonal veggies including colorful bell peppers, zucchini, cabbage, and mushrooms!
Any salad can be fully customized with a different dressing. Today we used sesame oil & homemade grape vinegar with a tiny bit of Eden peppers to make it a little bit spicy!
Our wonderful green garden salad had gorgeous lettuces and swiss chard, green and white onion, red and orange bell peppers, crunchy cucumber, and sweet yellow tomatoes with a sprinkling of sprouted sunflower seeds on top.
This is bursting with vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients to activate health in the body!
To complete the meal, we prepared a raw yellow tomato soup with lots and lots of garlic to ward off vampires. :)
We dressed it with a drizzle of olive oil and some chives as well. Raw soups and sauces like this are a delicious way to utilize our garden's bounty of wee golden cherry tomatoes! This might be our second favorite way to enjoy them, the first being plucking them right off the vine.
This was a beautiful meal shared in wonderful company to honor a remarkable day!
Food is important, and we hope to inspire people to really take time to eat, enjoy it, and share it with someone you love. We also hope to inspire more and more sustainable practices in regards to food!

What a blessed day. That is some nutritious and delicious food presented in a beautiful way.
Though the love and evolution shared within the community was far more valuable.
There is much to be grateful for.
Words just don't express it. Thankfully we can feel it and share it together.
