Mouthgasmic Food Formulas: EASY HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

Today, we want to share an excellent food formula for an amazing EASY HOLLANDAISE SAUCE:


A blender makes this formula a snap to put together! 


When we make this delicious, rich, creamy sauce, we make a huge amount of it to feed our community of about 20 people, but we're providing quantities here to make a much smaller batch.


Ingredients:

- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 T lemon juice
- sprinkle of cayenne pepper or drop of Tabasco sauce (optional)


Method:

Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly.


Add the egg yolks to the blender. 


With the blender on, slowly stream in the melted butter. 


Add lemon juice to brighten and lighten the flavor, and blend for another few seconds. 


If you like a hint of spice, add a bit of cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce.


That's all there is to it!! This is luxurious, classic sauce is wonderful served over Eggs Benedict, made of a poached egg and Canadian bacon on top of an English muffin. It's also amazing over veggies like asparagus or fried potatoes, or fish like tilapia!

Hollandaise is the best addition to any breakfast.

I almost always get eggs benedict when I go out to eat for that reason.

It is called Hollandaise Sauce - it is a sauce you can use on eggs, meat, bread, or veggies.

I love making Eggs Benedicts for breakfast but I never used the sauce because I didn't know how to make it, so thank for sharing this recipe.
