Oven Roasted Chicken with Stuffing

I was honestly surprised at how well this chicken turned out! It was truly phenomenal and pretty easy to make! I hope you can try something similar!

Ingredients:

  • 4lb Whole Chicken
  • 1lb Stuffing (I bought premade stuffing and stuffed the chicken)
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Stuff the chicken on an oven sheet with some foil underneath (to catch the juice)
  2. Season the chicken
  3. Set oven to 400 F
  4. Roast for 90 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
