Ingredients for the dough:

2 egg yolks

3/4 cup kefir

Ingredients for the top layer of the pie:

3 medium sized apples
2 egg whites, lightly whipped with 1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons of semolina
Cut apples into slices and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Dough put in a form, greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina. At the top of the test, spread the apple layer. Bake in the "convection" mode at a temperature of 165 degrees 45 minutes.
