they are great just dont over cook them after the eight min they will be very soft but they will be cooked just wait and let cool
Great tip! I usually overcook my cookies and they turn into little hockey pucks :)

The oven that i have in my parents house it is an artesanal oven it is hot with wood
But it would be similar to make bread right, i think it would be cooked. Thank you so much for this.
