Chicken with bechamel sauce for beginners

Yes, many will say how easy, and in fact it is. But for people who in their life have prepared this recipe, well here I leave it (it's my first time too and I can boast how rich it was)

First we will need.

  • 1 chicken breast.

  • Go out to your liking.

----- For the bechamel sauce

  • 1 and a half cups of milk
  • 3 cornstarch cd.
  • Salt

For preparation-

First we will make the béchamel sauce, you just have to boil a cup of milk in a pot, and next to the remaining half cup you add the cornstarch spoons, beat very well and avoid lumps, add a pinch of salt and proof will remain a kind of pastry cream.

Then add a tablespoon of butter and a splash of oil in a pan, add the breasts cut into squares add salt, garlic and leave for half an hour while the rest ... and leave half brown, then remove and set aside

Add the onion skillet until it is crystalline, add the mushrooms and wrap, leave a minute and add the béchamel sauce that we did previously, add the squares of chicken breast, cover for 15 minutes or until cooked, and done.

I accompanied it with rice and chips cut into slices to the oven with salt and a touch of oregano.
