well i have to say that i dont like much seefood but, i see your post and see the hands of your mother or grandmother cooking and i think ( only a mother do that, and im sure it was goo ) hope all came so good always, nice to meet you, great post and very complete, realy complete, send best cooking dish from Venezuela.
