So dude what kind of salami do you use? I'm a sucker for those hunks o' meat that come in paper wrappers and are spelled 'sulumi' and stuff like that. Wondering if 'cold cut' salami does the trick in a snack like this.
Well my salami of choice for this snack is spiced, smoked pre-cut salami. Something like this : salami.
if you chose to put on something more meaty then be prepared to take a few squares of paper towel and gently press them on the mini pizzas after the cooking to remove excess melted fat. This will also make it less soggy.
