Dinner at Bintang Revolving Restaurant Federal Hotel

Hello Steemit friends, so yesterday is valentine day so I booked a restaurant at Bintang Revolving Restaurant Federal Hotel for dinner. Originally the restaurant is suppose to rotate slowly so you can see all the scene around the building but the machine was broken down so the restaurant no longer can rotate or revolve anymore.

So after giving us a window seat they give us a free chocolate flower and also a box of chocolate. I ate the box of chocolate immediately because I was hungry

So here is the menu for the day, its either the 3 course kids meal or 5 course adult meal and for adults meal you can choose between lamb or salmon meat. We choose 1 lamb meat and 1 salmon meat

So the first meal is bread plus butter. To be honest I think the bread is way too hard and not so fresh.

Second meal is 3 chicken pieces and some salad, the taste was ok

Third meal is pumpkin soup with tomato sauce, the taste was also ok only

Here is the main meal with lamb and salmon meat, before they cooked the lamb they asked me how well the lamb should be cooked, "medium", "medium well" or "well cooked" and since I dont have much experience I ordered the medium cooked one, and to my disappointment medium cooked mean the meat is still full with blood and red, I dont blame them for this its just I ordered the wrong one, I should have ordered the "well cooked"

And finally is the "i love u" dessert, they give us some macaron, chocolate cake and some cream cake, personally I dont like macaron but the cake is nice to eat

Finally is the night view from the restaurant, it was quite nice

The price tag is RM298 and I would say the environment and scene is good but the food is a bit too normal and expensive
