HOW TO PREPARE PASTA WITH BRÓCCOLI

Happy Wednesday, and to start a good week today I invite you to taste a healthy and rich recipe, for all those people who say: "Monday I start the diet", but this time without any sacrifice. Today I will prepare a delicious "Pasta with Broccoli", a very disguised way of eating healthy green that when combined with cheese gives us a tasty flavor. This recipe is also special to teach children that eating healthy does not mean that it is tasteless, because you can also eat divine, it's just a matter of having creativity when it comes to cooking.

Broccoli, broccoli or broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. A single serving provides more than 30 mg of vitamin C and half-cup provides 52 mg.

This recipe of pasta with broccoli I will combine it with parmesan cheese and cream cheese, in this way we will be balancing our nutritional interests, since the cheese sauce would be very caloric and the broccoli very light. This dish also gives us an unforgettable sensory experience with the crunchy texture of broccoli, the al dente pasta accompanied by the creaminess of the cheese sauce, no doubt will thrill our palate.


Below I show you home one of the steps to prepare this rich dish:


Ingredients:

• 500 grams of pasta in any form.
• 1 large broccoli
• 3 garlic cloves.
• 40 grams of butter.
• 500 milliliters of light milk cream.
• 100 grams of Parmesan or pecorino cheese.
• 3 tablespoons of cream cheese.
• Salt and pepper to taste.


Preparation process:

  1. Wash the broccoli with plenty of tap water. And chopped into small pieces, removing its leaves and trunk.
  2. Broccoli can be cooked both boiled and steamed, for about 5 minutes so that its nutritional properties are not lost. You must try not to be crushed.
  3. In a skillet previously lubricated with butter, add the chopped garlic very finely until golden brown. Then add the broccoli and sauté over low heat to add flavor.
  4. The pasta is boiled until it is al dente and then it is drained with a sieve.
  5. In another saucepan over low heat add the cream of milk, and add salt and pepper to taste, and mix carefully until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  6. After that, add the cream cheese and stir constantly.
  7. Then add the grated cheese (Parmesan or pecorino) and continue mixing.
  8. Later the pasta is added to this cheese sauce and the broccoli is added, stirring gently so as not to crush it.
  9. And you're ready to serve. You can also decorate it by adding pieces of broccoli and Parmesan cheese on top.
