The Importance of Creativeness When it Comes to Cooking !

Cooking can be an exceptionally fun activity, but it can be immensely difficult when getting started. When I first began my cooking career I watched youtube tutorials to find new recipes and even watched cooking shows to find out more about when certain spices are used. After a while I realized that it was time for me to create my own dishes and share them with the rest of the world. Truth be told there is nothing wrong with using other people's recipes, but it is much more rewarding when it is your personal dish. This idea of creating your own dish with your own spices might sound terrifying at first. Many fears might include the food not turning out as planned or not tasting as good as you would have hoped; however, that is okay. I am a big fan of tilapia and I watched many different videos on how it can be prepared. One day I decided to create my own personal signature dish tilapia de leon. This dish consisted of two tilapias in a deep dish with olive oil based on the bottom. I used several types of vegetables such as onions, potatoes, different types of freshly cut peppers, and even tomatoes. Additionally, I used black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and basil. I was so terrified that it would not turn out good at all, but I took my chances. Lucky for me it was one of the best tasting dishes I have tasted. Now for people who want to make this dish at home you do not have to use the same vegetables or spices I used because the whole point of this post is to make it your own.
