Romanian traditional food: Bulz
Hey Steemian,
Romanian cuisine has a lot of comfort food recipes. Yeah, we like to eat a lot of carbs with proteins and stews and soups.
This recipe "Bulz" is one of my favorite. Actually, this one is a wannabe "bulz". I simplified a lot the process.
Ingredients:
Polenta
2 eggs
goat cheese
butter
bacon
- Preheat the oven at 200C.
- When you have your instant polenta ready, mix it with the goat cheese.
- Grease a pan with butter and pour polenta into it.
- Crack those eggs and cut the bacon and sprinkle over it.
- Bake it for 12-15 minutes.
All I can say is: delicious! I want mooooooore of this, but I can't eat too much....too many calories. Once in a while, I can't say NO!
