The easiest, "pumpkin-est" smoothie ever
Hey Steemian,
So, I'm back to work and after one week of eating only pasteis de nata, I feel like I need some green in my life: salads, salads, salads. But what can I do with my cravings between meals and of course, all the goodies that I bake everyday?!!! I'm not such a tough person to resist...especially to food, and wine, and cheese. Hmmmm....difficult life.
I've found a solution that it's healthy, delicious - because pumpkin, and fulfilling and perfect to satisfy any craving
Ingredients:
whole fat milk or almond milk
baked pumpkin
cinnamon
nutmeg
- Put the ingredients in blender and push the button "START".
- When blended, push the button "STOP".
- Pour this dessert I can say into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Creamy and delicious!
