Salad with 5 ingredients
Yesterday, I had this amazing salad with only 5 ingredients, yeah - again. It's so easy, you can play with the food you have in your fridge.
- In a pan, add the carrots with some olive oil. Fry them for 15 minutes. Be careful to not overcook them.
- Chop the mint leaves and mix with a spoon of olive oil, seeds mix and pomegranate.
- When the carrots are ready, add to your plate and top it with feta cheese.
