Plum Tart
Hey Steemian,
Today, I wanna share with you a recipe for Plum tart, a hit in my bakery, now that is almost autumn.
It's quite simple and uber delicious.
Let' s bake!
Ingredients
Pastry dough (recipe)
700g plums
75g sugar
Crumble
75g butter
100g sugar
50g oats
100g flour
Cinnamon
50g almonds
- Cut the plums and cook them for 15 minutes with sugar.
- Add the mixture into the crust.
- For the crumble: rub all the ingredients with your fingerprints until you have moist breadcrumbs.
- Add to the tart.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
Enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or mascarpone.

I can see why this is a hit! I can already taste it. Especially with some vanilla ice cream. Hmmmm. Getting hungry here. Luckily dinner is almost ready hehe!
