It’s a wrap or not?

Hope you enjoy your Sunday. I had some time to rest this Sunday, actually time for myself.
And I was eager to wrap some hummus with a lot of parsley.
Ingredients
Flat bread or tortilla
Hummus
Halloumi
For the salad: parsley (a lot), pomegranate seeds, tomatoes, red onion, chilli, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Fry halloumi with some olive oil (one teaspoon is enough).
- Heat the flat bread.
- Spread hummus over the flat bread, add salad and halloumi.
- Now, wrap it and hope you’ll enjoy it! Mine was too large and I had to use a fork and knife. It’s such a pity to use cutlery on a wrap!
As said, food tastes better when you eat it with your fingers! So, go get dirty!
