Creamy cheesecake without biscuit base
Hey Steemian,
Yesterday, I tried a new recipe in my bakery: a cheesecake without the biscuit base. It's very creamy and I don't miss the biscuits base.
Actually, it's healthier than the classic New York Cheesecake.
Ingredients:
700g fresh cheese
400 g heavy cream
4 eggs
100 g sugar
lemon and orange zest
raisins
cranberries
some butter to grease the pan
20 ml rum
- With a mixer, beat all the ingredients, except raisins and cranberries.
- Add the fruits and mix using a spatula.
- Grease a pan with some butter.
- The oven should be preheated at 180C. Bake for 1 hour.
- When the cheesecake is at room temperature, sprinkle some icing sugar, just to look prettier.
What do you think?
Enjoy,

I am a biggggggg fan of cheesecake but I am on ketogenic diet so i have to substitute sth else for carb and sugar. But yours looks yummy anyway. Heart it.
I am not going to lie but i do love putting my fork through the smooth cheesecake and then hitting the crumbly base.I love my base with ginger biscuits. It cuts through the richness.Yours though looks amazing.I do love baked cheesecake.I will have to try it and let you know.I will replace the cranberries for blueberries as there my fav.mmmm baseless cheesecake sounds good looks yum. Thanks for sharing👍🏼👌❤
