Comba Faita and Tropical Handmaded Lemonade

Hello Stemiansi another day another food to eat! This sunday i was hungary as always so we went Midpoint Restaurant in Istanbul, Turkey. Midpoint is a world cusine , they don't have any chefs working at there and their food is mostly ready-to-cook. But they changed and restored their whole menu so i wanted to try again.

Comba Faita with Beef and Chicken

I ordered Comba Faita with beef and chicken meat. Combo mean dish have half beef and half chiecken meat. There are also red pepper, green pepper, onion and more vegetables in it. As you know, Faita is Mexican Cusine.Both of vegetables and meat grilled in pan with high temp. In Midpoint Restaurant, they using diffrent oil to cook and grill them and also they are using jalapeno pepper which is very hot Mexican Pepper.

You can eat them with taco bread or without it. Taco bread cook with steam so they are very soft. I also adding Guacamole Sauce and sour cream to taco bread then add other idrigients such as meat and peppers. This dish definitely my favorite food in Midpoint Restaurant.

Tropical Handmaded Lemonade

I like to drink lemonade in diffrent recipes very much, i think everyone like to drink lemonade :) . So i saw this tropical lemonade on menu and wanted to try it. So i ordered and fresh lemonade with Mango and Pineapple juice was tasteful. Also their sugar rate was little high maybe next time they have to add less sugar in lemonade and cocktails.
