Stuffed bell peppers

In the fall, a lot of vegetables, so I prefer to cook with seasonal ingredients.

This time I made stuffed peppers.

Ingredients:

1 bell pepper - 7 pieces
2. Minced beef - 500g
3. Rice - 100 g in the form of suom
4. Carrots - 1 pc
5. Onion - 1 pc
6. salt and pepper
7. Tomato Paste - 100g
8. Tomatoes in own juice - 1 jar
9. sour cream - 100 gr.

Preparation:

1. Fill the water and cook rice until half-baked state.

2. In a bowl, combine beef, half finished rice, grated carrot, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. Stir. Leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.

3. While our stuffing infused, we will prepare our peppers. To do this, we need to cut off the top of peppers and remove all the seeds.

4. Stuffed pepper our filling and folds neatly into the pan (I had a 3-liter saucepan).

5. We fill the pot half full with water, add the tomato paste, tomatoes in own juice, sour cream. Gently stir the gravy between peppers that they are not damaged.

6. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
