Ingredients :
🍙 Cottage cheese 5% 220 gr
🍘 Coconut flour 90g
🥚 Egg 1 pc
🍚 Sugar 2 tbsp

Cooking:
✔️ We mix all the ingredients. I do it with a mixer.
✔️ Sausage rolls from the dough. We cut it into 5 circles.
✔️ Fry in a frying pan without oil under the lid for 4-5 minutes on each side. If you do not want to fry, then you can bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
