I love simple and fast dishes. So I'm always looking for something unusual and tasty.

INGREDIENTS:
🍙 bulgur 250 gr
🥕 1 large carrot
🥔 onions 1 large
🥟 garlic
🍶 salt
🍹Oil, I have olive

.
COOKING:
🥢 carrots, onions, garlic chopped and lightly fried in olive / coconut oil.
🥢 In a deep frying pan / saucepan / wok add oil and fry bulgur to transparency. Pour 2.5 cups of water, add salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
🥢 Add vegetables to the finished bulgur, mix. Leave to stand for 5-7 minutes.

In general, bulgur is superfood. Contains vitamins of group B, manganese, cellulose, potassium, iron, selenium, copper, folic acid.
So bring it into your diet. This is an excellent alternative to rice. And the benefits at times more. 📍
