Hi everyone, I come back with a refreshing salad for summer time, which is perfect for this season. Sweet ripe watermelon combined with feta cheese and raisin simply dressed with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. It’s a combination of salty and sweet taste that is a good choice for Sundays.

This refreshing watermelon salad is a simple choice for summer. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients
About 12 cups of chilled watermelon
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 whole limes
11/2 tsp salt
¾ tsp black pepper
1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese
1 ½ cups raisin
Instruction
1.chop the watermelon into 1-inch chunks and place them in a colander to drain.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lime juice and black pepper for dressing
3.place watermelon in a salad bowl and pour dressing and crumbled feta cheese into the salad and stir gently to integrate all of the ingredients into the salad. - Now its time to serve it.
