Peppers Filled in Italian Way

Need:

  • 4 peppers
  • 100 gr of smoked meat
  • 100 gr of boiled rice
  • ½ onion head
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of minced cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mixed spices, oil, salt and black pepper

Cooking:

We begin with the preparation of the content for the inside. In hot oil, put chopped onion and smoked meat, cut into small pieces, for redness.

We place the soybeans in a deep pot on which we throw water. After a while we drain them and add them to the frying pan in the fire.

In a large deep dish put the boiled rice.
Above peppers we pour oil. Bake 40 minutes, at a temperature of 225 degrees.

With spoon we take from the juice from the tava, add to the tomato saucepan and mix with the kitchen wire. With spoonfuls, pour over the stuffed peppers from tomato sauce and soaked with juice.

We put the ceramic pot back in the oven to make some peppers. After the peppers begin to blur, we remove the pan from the oven.
