Properties

In Asia ginger has been used for thousands of years, for its countless benefits. Since the beginning of the millennium it has also spread to the West, where numerous scientific studies have confirmed its properties:

  • helps digestion: increases gastrointestinal mobility by reducing gas and swelling, protects against stomach acid and gastritis.
  • improves the digestion of fat bodies: to see the effects of ginger on the metabolism and lose weight, it is necessary to insert it into your diet for a long time. Its effects are not immediate, but requires consistency.
  • has anti-emetic properties, so it reduces nausea and vomiting. In case of car/ship/plane sickness ginger can help if assumed 30 minutes before departing.
  • is anti-tumor: it counteracts the development of cancer cells, especially in the case of cancer of the private parts (prostate, ovaries, breasts) and the digestive system (stomach, liver, colon)
  • has warming and stimulating properties: it allows to prevent colds, sore throats, fever and flu. It is also expectorant, so it calms the cough.
  • is recommended in case of hypertension: pressure and cholesterol decreases.
