Fish Curry
This is a good sauce if eaten with rice and suitable to eat at anytime, and with family or when there is a particular event. I will explain how recipes make it.
Recipe!
Ingredients :
2 tilapia (cut to taste)
1 cm turmeric
1 cm ginger
5 onion seed
5 garlic seed
3 chili fruit
2 cm laos (crushed)
1 lemongrass (crushed)
5 spoon eating java sour water
2 bay leaf
To taste salt
1 liters of water
1 citrus lime
To taste basil
1 stem leek
2 tomatoes (cut according to taste)
The steps :
Cut the fish give juice lime, set aside.
Puree garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, chili.
Stir fry spices fine, laos, lemongrass, bay leaves until fragrant.
Enter pieces of fish and water. cook until the fish is cooked and the seasoning is absorbed.
Add salt, tamarind, taste test.
If it is fitting input cut tomato, spring onion, and basil then serve while warm.
