Tomato sauce with egss, garlic and basil - A breakfest that you can eat any time during the day!
For today I decided to share with you the breakfast I ate this morning and how you can easily do it. It is also a vegetarian recipe that can be eaten by everyone and not only as a breakfast.

Ingredients:
- eggs
- tomato sauce
- garlic
- olive oil
- basil
- Himalayan salt
First, put in a pan olive oil, add the garlic and let fry for 2 minutes.
Next, add the tomato sauce, basil and half of glass of water. Let it on fire for around 30 minutes.
After the souce is ready you can add the eggs.
I like eggs to be a little soft, because the yolk in combination with the tomato sauce will give an incredible taste. I advice you to try it, but if you don't like the eggs to be soft, then you can cook them more.

It's simple but looks delicious. I've never thought to cook the eggs in tomato sauce. I'll probably try this, but with cutting up the garlic. When you cut the garlic, it forms a powerful cancer-fighting (along with numerous other benefits) compound called allicin.
