Savoy cabbage with rice - vegan food

Today's recipe is cooked cabbage with rice, a healthy vegan food.

The ingredients needed:

  • cabbage
  • rice
  • garlic
  • salt
  • olive oil


Directions:

In a pan with olive oil add the cut cabbage next and the garlic;add a little salt and vegetable spices and cook for 5 minutes. While the cabbage is cooking, you can boil some water and add rice, and leave it for about 14 minutes.   

The cabbage provides fiber, vitamins A, C, K and B6, folate, potassium, manganese, thiamin, calcium, iron and magnesium.

This food is vegan and cooked for 20 minutes. The combination of cabbage and rice is very tasty and good.
