Pork sirloin roast with spinach leaves!

For today's post I have made this pork sirloin roast recipe because, this popular cut of meat may be tender, mild-tasting, and only need quick cooking. The spinach leaves have a great concentration of vitamina C and a lot of other nutrients.

The spinach leaves helps against inflammatory problems, cardiovascular problems, bone problems, and cancers.

Ingredients:

  • spinach
  • 1 garlic
  • olive oil
  • pork meat
  • 1 glass of white wine

Put in a pot olive oil and cook the pork meat for 5 minutes until the meat is forming a crust. Put the meat in a pan, and let it for 10 minutes in the oven. After 10 minutes, add the wine and let it in the oven for another 35 minutes at a temperature of 200 °.

While the meat is in the oven, you can cook the spinach. Boil the spinach for 5 minutes, then, in a pot with olive oil add the garlic and put the spinach. You have to cook it for 10-15 minutes at simmer.

The meat is ready!!!
