Pasta with pesto rucola and cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and walnuts
Today's recipe is pasta with rucola sauce mixed with pine nuts, walnuts and tomatoes; this recipe is simple with flavored seeds and a taste of rucola.
The ingredients:
- Pasta
- Rucola
- Parmigiano
- Pine Nuts
- Walnuts
- Olive oil
- Himalyan salt
- Pepper
- Lemon
First cut the tomatoes in two add a little salt and a little brown sugar and; bake them for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, then fry the nuts a little.
After the rucola sauce add the rucola, olive oil, parmigiano, nutmeg and pine nuts; mix the ingredients in the blender. Add half a lemon squeezed, a little salt and pepper, grounded if you want.
Then take the pasta and put it in a bowl, add the rucola sauce and stir.
Let's not forget about our baked tomatoes just add them on the pasta.

- Pine Nuts 20.g
- Walnuts 40.g
- Olive oil 50.ml
- Pepper
