Linguine cooked in red wine
Today I cooked something special for you, pasta linguine cooked in red wine, I hope this recipe will please you.
The ingredients:
- Paste linguine
- Parmigiano
- Sheep's house
- Pepper
- Basil
- Salt Himalyan
- Red wine
- Olive oil
These linguine pasta have 9 minutes cooking time, but we have to cook them in 8 minutes.
First we put all the ingredients next to us.
Then the garlic and pepper are cut and fried medium heat, then pour the red wine for two minutes while the alcohol evaporates.
After which the pasta is taken and added in the wok and finished cooking in red wine. Add some water from where the pasta has been added gradually.
After the cooking has finished, pull the pot from the fire and leave for two minutes, after which add parmigiano, sheep cheese, a little basil and serve it warm. I wish you success if you cook them .. thank you
