Healthy recipe - Pasta with broccoli and parmesan

For this post I've made pasta with broccoli and parmesan.

Why broccoli?

Broccoli has a high nutritional value and food. It is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Broccoli is the king of low-carb vegetables , a serving containing just 30.9 calories. Broccoli is very low in saturated fat and cholesterol, is an ideal food for weight-loss diets.

Did you know that broccoli contains more vitamin C than an orange?

Broccoli is a good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A and vitamin B6, and is also a good source of manganese, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and iron.

Now let me show you how to make a super healthy meal.

Ingredients:

  • broccoli
  • pasta
  • parmesan
  • olive oil

Cut broccoli in tiny bouquets and equal as possible. After the water boiled add the broccoli and let it boil for 5 minutes.

When the pasta and broccoli are boiled put them in a pot add some olive oil and parmesan. Mix them for 2-3 minutes on simmer and the pasta is ready!
