The soft potato donuts
Ingredients
for 20 pieces
250 gr wheat flour (sya pake blue triangle)
1 egg yolk
2 pieces of boiled potatoes then crushed
3 tbsp sugar or according to taste
1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp backing powder
1 tsp fermipan
2 tablespoons milk powder can jg mnggunakan sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tbs salt
to taste ice water
500 ml of cooking oil

Step
Put all ingredients except margarine into the container. Knead until smooth.
After the dough is mixed then add margarine, and salt. knead until smooth and non-sticky. If still sticky add flour.
After the dough is finished, leave and cover with a damp cloth for 1 hour. After 1 hour the dough will expand as the picture beside.
Form round dough then let stand 20 minutes
Donuts ready to fry. when frying swivel in the middle by using chopsticks
Donuts ready to be decorated with toping according to taste

Just info .. do not mix margarine and salt together with fermipan or backing powder to the dough, because it will make the dough become bantat or not expands. the dough will feel heavy not light.
