5 line reasoning - 5 reasons why you should take fruits for breakfast
This is the first post for my 5 line reasoning. In this series, i intend to state a fact, statistics, advice or give out other information in 5 lines. I want to make it brief and straight to the point. Most people are busy and may just love to see the essence of a post in a brief presentation. Hence, the reason for my 5 line reasoning posts.
To begin, here are 5 reasons why you should take fruits for breakfast.
- Taking fruits in the morning stimulates your digestive tracts.
- Fruits boost the immune system.
- Taking fruits can help you loose weight.
- Fruits help you create an alkaline environment for your body.
- Fruits make your heart stronger.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day !
