In my country Venezuela, you can find a chicha cart in every corner where there is a school, because this delicious drink based on pasta or rice, is the favorite of the smallest of the house, and to tell the truth of many adults too, not to go too far, preparing this one that I will show you next, the eyes of my brothers lit up like a pair of lanterns hahaha, they are fanatics of a rich chicha.

There are even sellers of chicha who go by bicycle or motorbike selling chicha wherever they go, and they usually have a very noisy bugle, which most people recognize, and when they hear it the little ones run away very happily to buy their glass of chicha, or well, to ask mom and dad to buy them, they really are very pleasant the memories that this recipe brings me from my childhood, because I remember when I went out of school with my friends to take chicha while we waited for the bus back home.



A very cheerful recipe and also very cheap, and I know many who replace a breakfast or lunch for a good glass of this delicious drink. But come with me and I'll show you how to prepare it, you'll see how easy it is. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 300 gr of paste (the one of your preference)
• Sugar to taste
• Milk powder to taste
• 1/2 lemon skin
• Canela to taste (optional)
• Vainilla to taste
• 2 Litres of water for cooking

Preparation

• Difficulty level : Low
• Preparation time : 5 Minutes
• Baking time : 20 Minutes
• Total Time : 25 Minutes
• Yield : 4 Litres of Chicha

To begin this preparation, we add the skin of half a lemon in the water that we have placed in the stove, to take to boil, when this boiling we will add the pasta, that we will stir and we will leave to cook for about 20 minutes to medium fire. Turn off and leave to cool.



With our already cold pasta, which has become a compact mass, with the help of a spoon we are taking portions and adding in the blender, we add sugar.



We continue adding powdered milk, powdered cinnamon and vanilla to taste, necessary amount of ice water and process in the blender for about 5 minutes, or until they do not feel lumpy in our shake.



It's so simple it looks like a lie, that's what makes it even happier. After blending everything very well we only have to serve with a lot of crushed ice and enjoy. My personal touch, spreading the glasses with a little chocolate ganache and sprinkle with cinnamon, simply gives it a great touch.



A cheap and cheerful recipe, but above all easy. To elaborate this recipe you will need a 100 BsS approximately 1$ Steem, in a cart of chicha of which I mentioned previously a portion of this equivalent to 500 ml is around the same 100 BsS that cost me to prepare 4 liters, making this recipe much cheaper. It is ideal for a good snack, or to receive our children when they arrive from school exhausted.
