The Hard Working Banana And It's Benefits

Bananas are amazing for those who have any problems with their nerves or trouble sleeping at night. Usually, when we think of bananas, we think of Potassium and preventing leg cramps, and while that is true, let me introduce you to a mega sleep aid with no side effects. 

Making Banana Tea

If you are using Organic bananas, add several green or ripe bananas to a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. If you are not using Organic, then peel the bananas and then cook as above.  Then take a colander, pour the banana water into a mug. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and a dash of ginger into the tea. Drink your banana tea about one hour before bedtime.

Want a special desert? Take the marvelous gooey fruit and add a one drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality Essential Oil, stir and serve .(If you are feeling adventereous, eat peel and all.) What a delicious desert and you have just doubled the effect of the Banana Tea.

It is delicious. I have not tried the peel, but I eat the fruit daily.
