My Very Own Homemade Mango Cheesy Ice Cream

Here's my another creation that you might love it.An "Ice Cream". Since its summer now in the Philippines we are fund of eating cold food like ice cream.We just buy it in the store and here we can eat now our favorite ice cream.But today is different,I will make my very own homemade favorite ice cream with my favorite flavor Mango Cheesy Flavor" It's the combination of mango and cheese.So now lets start it step by step on how it is made and you can try it in your home.☺☺☺
INGREDIENTS:
- Mango
- cheese
- all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
- condensed milk
- evaporated milk
PROCEDURE:
1.Peel or strip the mango.
2.Separate the strip mango into two and blend the other half.
3.Pour the refrigerated all purpose cream into a bowl.
4.Whisk the all purpose cream until it double its volume.
5.Once it doubled and look like this,pour the evaporated milk and condensed milk.Then whisk again.
6.If it is all combined the texture will look like this.
7.Now put the mango and cheese cutted into cubes.
8.Pour it in a small container
9.Refrigerate overnight
10.Serve
Thats it everyone.Were done again for another recipe.I hope you like it.And Since it is still on the refrigerator we cant taste it today.The recipe said chilled it overnight so tomorrow will be the tasting and eating time.☺lol☺So be patience.I will post again tomorrow the output of our homemade ice cream.
