Hello, steemians

Before bedtime, if you feel a little hungry, what would you do? Would you give up and just go to bed in case of a sense of guilty or go to the kitchen and make something delicious for yourself?

Last night, I made myself French toast to go with a cup of milk tea. Guess what? Feeling soooo good! Even it’s such an easy snack!

I couldn’t help thinking sometimes girls just don’t want to care about the calories and prefer to follow their heart, yes, it’s about the feelings! If something small can bring us the feeling “satisfaction” or “happiness,” I don’t think there’s any reason to deny!

Happiness, which takes everyone’s entire life to look for? What does it look like? How do we find it? After a long journey of quest, maybe we just need to shop the materials and dig in making dishes by ourselves, then we would find out!

昨晚睡前覺得有點嘴饞，決定下廚做點簡單小吃來滿足空虛的胃，於是產生了這道可當宵夜可做下午茶，當然也可拿來當愛心早餐的料理，吃完後覺得好心滿意足啊！

不禁想著，原來一道簡單不過的料理，竟就能為人帶來滿足的快樂，真是太神奇了！於是在這兒與大家分享！

Ingredients & Steps

French Toast

Toast : 2 slices
Egg : 1
Condensed milk : a little (as you like)

Blend one egg in the bowl and put the sliced toast in.
Make sure both sides are evenly coated with egg and then repeat the step for the second slice.
Pour oil in the pot on mild fire. (You can use butter instead to add flavor.) Then put in the toast and flip over until both sides are a little brown.
Put the well-done toast on a plate and then pour smoothly in the condensed milk. Finished!
