good food is the foundation of genuine happiness
and those Falafel wraps are dame good. Am I happy? I am dame sure happier compared to 3 month ago when most of my food choices were "do I order a pizza or do I go to the supermarket and buy one?"
as the quality of my food increased so did my happiness and I am looking forward to be my future self in a year while also enjoying beeing me now.
The past is the past and there is nothing to gain to beat myself up over it and I just see it as a learning experience and embracing the changes.
If you eat great, of course your mood would always be ++++

Yeah, I agree too, good food makes my day, while bad food gives me in a bad mood lol. Sometimes when the food is too bad I started to question myself why do humans must eat food lmao.
