Strawberries
Finally they have begun to ripen. Yesterday afternoon my oldest and I picked the first round of ripe berries which gave us about 1.5 pounds. The plants are all loaded down with immature strawberries that will be ripening rapidly in our 90F+ temps this week. The hardest part is saving enough berries from our stomachs to process for freezing... Good thing we have a boat load of strawberry plants.
