SUPER-SIMPLE & FAST HEALTHY RECIPES

So, the Christmas Tree is gone, so are the holiday. Just sitting on my sofa and mentally preparing for tomorrow crazyness. Of course my Ney Year resolution plans are at mode ON, and while I was writing my weekly Food Journal, which will help me to keep me focused and hopefully quickly got me back from Donut shape, YES, it happens to personal trainers too : ) back to a normal and I said to myself, why shouldn't I just share it with you guys, because I am also the one who like to get inspired from others.

So here are some of my favourite choices super, easy&fast tips for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We all know how intimidating can be searching for a new recipes every single damn week. Just for the record, I love food, love trying new food and food from different countries, but these samples are really my savers.
What I like the most about these recipes is the fact, that you can find all the ingredients almost in every store and that recipes are really simple to make.

So here it is my favourite breakfast. Oatmeal with fruit ( do not forget to leave them in the water for at least 5-7 hours!!) Sometimes I eat them with Greek Yogurt sometimes with milk, it depends. I always put over some cinnamon and honey ;)

If I am really hungry or if I know that lunch it's not going to be in a near future, then eggs, tuna and vegetable (here I chose beetroot with cheese) is also my go-to recipe :)

As I've told you before there is no magic in this. Just a simple ingredients from your store. There is really no need to go straight to the refrigerator and pick frozen pizza. Yes, it will take you some time to prepare the dish,( if 20 minutes it's really that much) but hey, I always look at it as a social event! And the value of the dish would probably be much more higher when you cook it with family, friend or partner... So here are some tips which you can use for lunch or dinner

EGG OMELETTE WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND VEGETABLE ON TOP (tuna&mozzarella as an additional source of protein)

OF COURSE, DIFFERENT TYPES OF SALAT WITH VEGETABLE YOU PREFER. DON'T FORGET TO USE QUALITY OIL ( as a vinegar I just simply use a lemon)

MINCED BEEF MEAT (made on a pan with oil, salt, pepper, red onion) with tomato sauce and fresh green pepper and Voila!

AND OF COURSE FOR ALL MY PASTA LOVERS (made minced meat on a pan with salt and pepper. Add frozen spinach, wait for it to melt down and just mix it with your pasta, do not forget to put some basil over it)

HERE IS SOMETHING FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO LIKE TO CUT A LOT hahaha (cut the chicken into smaller pieces, put them into a pan with oil, red onion put over salt, pepper and garlic, then just start adding vegetables and wait for the great smell and colour of your ingredients)

and my winter winner: Pumpkin soup. Are you one of those people who goes to the store, see pumpkin and are not quite sure what to do with it? :)

Simple! Firstly, of course buy it :) and then just cut it into a small pieces, cook it into a smaller amount of water and when it starts to boil, just put soup cube into it, mix it with fork or small mixer and here you go. Home made Pumpkin Creme Soup is ready!
