Ingredients :

  • 10 Jerbung shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 liter of cooking oil
  • 1 grain, shake it off
  • powdered pepper and salt to taste

Saute cereal :

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pieces of red cayenne pepper
  • 5 pieces of green cayenne pepper
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of milk powder
  • salt and sugar to taste

How to make :

  • Clean the shrimp and remove the head. Do not forget to wash again until all the shrimp droppings are lifted.
  • Mix flour and cornstarch. Add a little salt and pepper and stir until all the ingredients are mixed.
  • Dip the shrimp into a beaten egg and roll it back into the flour mixture. Fried using hot oil until browned.
  • Finely chop the garlic and cayenne pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the curry leaves and stir-fry again until the leaves dry slightly.
  • Mix oatmeal and powdered milk then add to stir.
  • Add the fried shrimp then saute it again until all the ingredients are well mixed. Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with warm steaming rice.
