Cook #1 : Homemade Fudge Brownies
Have you ever had a day when everything seemed to go wrong, and nothing seemed to go right? Not too long ago I was having one of those days. Nobody cared about me except my husband. I was discouraged, weary, and plain sad. At that time, he looks a bit worried. He did various things to please me. He sang, making joked or even danced - but still can't make me happy. Finally, he went straight to the kitchen and began to cook. I'm was wondering. What does he want to cook? Did he hate cooking? It took about an hour for him to exit the kitchen. He brought a plate of brownies and a glass of milk. He put the brownies and milk in front of me and told me to try them. For god sake! It tasted is so awful but it made me laugh. That day fell on January 1, 2017.
The emergence of the night, meaning the loss of the day, right? - But that doesn't mean the sun ceases to shine. It'll shine even though the earth is behind him. No matter when or where. Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others, cannot keep it from themselves.
Today is my first day of enjoying the sunshine of 2018 and I made brownies for him.
Here is the recipe:
Ingredient A
300g dark chocolate
150g salted butter
75g cocoa powder
Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, pour into a large mixing bowl, and allow to slightly cool for 10 minutes.
Ingredient B
300g granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 egg yolks
Whisk the granulated sugars into the cooled mixture. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking until smooth after each addition.
Ingredient C.
150g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Directions.
Heat the ovens to 150 Celsius for 15 minutes.
Whisk the ingredient C with ingredient B gently and after that whisk it with the ingredient A.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 35-36 minutes or until the brownies begin to pull away from the edges of the pan. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out with only a few moist crumbs when the brownies are done. All ovens are different, so keep an eye on them after 30 minutes and use the toothpick test to see when yours are finished.
That's all guys! See you in the next post. Have a nice brownies steemians and Happy New Year!
