Asado Negro
Buenas noches, este fin de semana nos complacieron con un suculento asado negro, hecho en casa. Un domingo familiar de degustación y pasarla bien. Por supuesto que también disfrutemos de los 2 partidos de fútbol que se disputaron ayer.
Volviendo al tema del asado negro, no se mucho cocina, pero si de degustación y la verdad que este asado quedo mundial! Lo acompañamos con arroz, puré de papas y tajadas.
