3 cheap healthy meals for $10
I want to share with you guys a simple, easy and cheap meal that I enjoy.
Boneless skinless chicken bread about $1.15/lb
Where rice is about $2.40/lb
Assortment of broccoli, carrots, and yellow squash was about $5.00
So for about $10.00 I was able to feed myself 3 meals. This was a lot more of an economically friendly deal as opposed to fast food. Not to mention it is a heck of a lot more nutritious.
I'd also like to add that the rice was cooked in a rice cooker. I'm a fanatic for rice and I like mine cooked perfectly! It also came with a vegetable steamer so both can cook at the same time. I got the rice cooker for about $20.00 also the rice has a yellow tent because I added tutorials. It is a great seasoning, along with a chicken or beef bullion cube you rice will be fire👍. Lemon juice along with a litter black pepper also and a bunch of flavor to the vegetables, great for though who despise those green and yellow bastards haha. Chicken is seasoned with an assort of herbs (rosemary, sage, basil, thyme, salt, pepper).
