Cooking with @fat-elvis - Crack Slaw
Hi foodies.
I'm giving out my recipe for the popular Keto dish, Crack Slaw. Why is it Crack Slaw??? Well, cause one bit and you're hooked like crack.
Honestly it is one of the most delicious dishes I have ever made. It's so simple, high fibre, high protein and very low carb, for us Keto dieters.
Ingredients.
1 lb ground meat (I only ever use chicken, beef or bison)
1/2 medium cabbage, sliced thin and chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Coconut Aminos ( soy free seasoning sauce) or your favorite soy sauce
Stevia to taste
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp ground fresh ginger. (Maybe half that for dried ginger.
2 tbsp chicken stock.
Toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup dried onion
Add butter to a pan and add meat once melted. Brown the meat.
Add dried onion and stir, the onion will soak up the liquids.
Add the coconut aminos, garlic, chicken stock, ginger and stevia to a dish and mix well.
Add the cabbage to the pan and start stirring and cooking the cabbage, then add the sauce.
Stir until the cabbage is nice and tender, then add about 1 tsp sesame oil and sliced green onions.
Then enjoy this delicious Keto / Carnivore friendly dish.
