Who does not like instant noodles? This food is famous all over the world especially in Indonesia. Instant noodle consists of various brands. And I'm sure everyone will know that this food is very harmful to health.

Siapa yang tidak suka mie instan? Makanan ini terkenal di seluruh dunia khususnya di Indonesia. Mie instan terdiri dari berbagai merk. Dan saya yakin semua pasti tahu bahwa makanan ini sangat berbahaya bagi kesehatan.

The funny thing is, even though they already know, people keep taking them regularly, including me (formerly). Maybe because it feels really delicious, cheap and very practical when serving. Even lovers in Indonesia have a more severe danger when consuming instant noodles, which is mixed with rice. I have read in an article, very dangerous if instant noodles mixed with rice. Because it will increase the number of carbohydrates and can easily get diabetes.

Lucunya, walaupun sudah tahu, orang-orang tetap mengkonsumsinya secara rutin, termasuk saya (dulunya). Mungkin karena rasanya emang benar-benar lezat, murah dan sangat praktis saat penyajian. Bahkan penikmat di Indonesia memiliki bahaya yang lebih parah saat mengkonsumsi mie instan, yaitu di campur dengan nasi. Saya pernah baca di sebuah artikel, sangat berbahaya jika mie instan dicampur nasi. Karena akan bertambahnya jumlah karbohidrat dan bisa dengan mudah terkena penyakit diabetes.
