Materials needed:

500 grams of beef (to make broth)
2 star fennel items
2 bay leaves
1 black cardamom grain
1 cinnamon stick

1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce

3 spring onions

How to cook:

  1. Cut the beef in a 4 × 4 cm dice, then put it in the pan.
  2. Add all seasonings and sauces, then pour 80ml or 90ml water.
  3. Heat over a large fire to boil, then reduce the heat and ungkep for 2 hours.
  4. Boil the noodles until cooked and put in a bowl.
