Mix with salt,msg n turmeric(kunyit)
Leaved for 30mins before frying
Frying into deep cooking oil half cooked

spices (bunga lawang,cengkih and pelaga) n kulit kayu manis ...a few only.
Pandan leaves
Cooking oils
Ideals milk (susu cair)
Tomato purée can find thru supermarkets.
Pour cooking oil till hot,,,follow by blender ingredients, spices,cili paste ,tomato purée,1cup of milk ..,stir till thicker...flw to pandan leaves n half cook frying chicken cook till done n pour salt,msg n sugar.
3 cups of rice (rinse nicely)
2 cups water
1 1/2 cup fresh milk
4 table spoon tomato purée
Ghee (butter) mix with 2spoon cooking oil
Sliced of onion ,garlic n ginger
Pandan leave
Fry all the sliced ingredients ,till yellowing follow by tomato purée.
N pour water n fresh milk n rice ,salt n msg n pandan leaves into rice cooker cook nicely
