As you know from last Sunday i am introducing food dishes of India which are actually tasty and eaten by most Indian.Today i will tell you about very famous and tasty food items ahead. First have a look at the plate photo which is full with four dishes, I will surely summarised about these items.
Perhaps you already know about names of dishes but I will tell their name one by one also.
- In plate there is a item in small round bread shape which is known as Puri or some people also say Puddi. We cook it from flour.
- Next one just right of Puri is mix vegetable and it is a mixture of Potato, Cabbage and tomato with required spices and we say it Aalu Gobhi. Actually the combination of Puri and Mix vej is famous with Puri-Sabji together.
- In plate there is something in small plate is known as Sevian (Hindi is सेवई) and english word is Vermicelli. It is used in both taste sweet as well as savory. This is famous in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh and necessary to cook in Diwali and Eid festival. Milk is also used to cook this.
- At last there is small round shape item which is a sweet actually which we take just after food and in Hindi language we say it like that खाने के बाद कुछ मीठा हो जाय।
Hope it was tasty food and you can taste these items in almost all Indian restaurant any where in world and surely in India.
